Lies about 799.99 charges and interest rate during sale. On the internet price there is a statement that says the price already includes the 799.99 charge of administration fees. They add the 799.99 back on top of the price in hopes the customer won't see that disclaimer. When you try to work a deal with them they act like they are giving you a discount, when in reality they overcharged you from the start. I started with salesperson C* via onsite visit and emails and agreed on an OTD price. Made an appointment with him to sign the deal on Sunday. Arrived on time but found C* was not there. Another salesperson L* promised to help and won't take credit from C*. Told him a few times clearly that I had an offer from C* already but he insisted to start with all questions I had been asked already and offered me a price even higher than what I got at the very beginning with C*. I wish I was able to give this dealership 0 stars!!!!!!! First and foremost I purchased my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Sept. 2020, I have only had my jeep for 7 months, it only has 6,000 miles on it and I HATE IT NOW!!!!! I should have known there was going to be issues with this dealership, especially with the treatment I received during the actual sell. This dealership conducts fraud by purchasing cars attaching a warranty and making you fix it. Often the warranty won’t cover repairs and if it does only minimalistic and the problems will just come back. Do not purchase a vehicle from them unless you want to pay extra or want a broken car and get stuck in a loan.

I wish I could give negative stars for this place after the **** I have been put through. What started as my car going in for repairs due to hitting a pot hole turned into them having my car for over a month and returning it with my paint stripped off in several places on the roof and hood! When I went to pick it up, I noticed huge areas of paint missing and they weren't even going to inform me that this happened. Tried it and won't again. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime. I usually use The Original BMW of Austin, but I thought I would give the new South Austin BMW a shot. It appeared to be a stellar dealership. Jay was my Sales Rep and he was a great introduction to the Dealership. I started with a few phone calls. I found a vehicle that I liked. Harassment after purchase. My sales person has taken to calling me at least once every month since I bought my car two years ago. Today he crossed the line and called my boss on the other side of the country. Unacceptable. I left a message at the dealership. We'll see if I get any response back.

I called Rick Hendrick Chevy about purchasing a 2021 Blazer they had in stock. I verified the vehicle was available and verified the price. I explained to them I was over 4 hours away and wanted to make sure the price of the vehicle was correct and that it was there before I made the trip. I called yesterday to double check and make sure the price was still as advertised and the vehicle was there and yes assured me the price was correct. I have had problems with this dealership living up to its end of the deal from a service perspective. I bought a $1000 maintenance package from their Finance Director in 2019 when I leased the car. That package came with oil changes, fluid top-off, tire rotations and pickup/delivery to and from my house. Now they are saying that the package that I bought does not include the pickup/delivery but I am 100% certain about what I bought and why I bought it.
