Absolutely faultless, beautifully situated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We stayed in The Old Chapel and would not hesitate to recommend it to any couple who are looking for that perfect retreat. It is immediately obvious that the owners, Andy and Michelle, take a great deal of pride in maintaining very high standards, the whole site is immaculately presented and the welcome pack of goodies was a real treat. My wife and I stayed in The Old Chapel and our son stayed in Winterton with his wife and 2 children aged 9 and 7. Both cottages are very well appointed and well prepared. Nicely decorated with lots of homely touches. The swimming pool and hot tub were both excellent and we used them everyday. We didn't use the BBQ hut because of the weather but it looked great and if we come again we will use it. The hut has lots of games, books and DVDs. Loved the pool Good kitchen But the washer dryer is not the best
We had a great stay in Herne cottage, the setting is so peaceful. It was lovely to see in an album the renovation journey of the cottages, an amazing achievement. The cottage was sparklingly clean and had everything you could need for your stay. All the products are eco friendly, which is great. Recently spent a week in Hendre House. Would definately recommend, great facilities especially the pool and sauna. The cottage was really well kept, and furnished with everything we needed. The location is great as its roughly 15mins drive from some great beaches and local sites and activities.
