They let themselves in your home if the doors unlocked.
I'm quite certain that windows are supposed to stop the air coming in and should not have holes in the joins via which you can see the street even when the window is closed. They also did not install any trim around the frame internally. These issues were noticed the day after the installation. Over about 3 years, I have had at least 20 broken promises from Eva (in the office), that Danny would come to remedy the faults. Friendly, efficient and reasonably priced service for windows, doors etc glazing. Note they also cut glass for your pictures. Recommended.

I had a double glaze window which requires a ventilation hole, a nice quick and professional service, the window was ready within the hour to my full satisfaction. I would recommend Hendon glazing fully heartedly
