I've used this service twice and they've been great both times. Most recently, they sent a tech to repair our aging HVAC, which was leaking water all over our basement. One employee of them came on the same day we called, stayed through dinner time, completely resolved the issue and the price was perfectly reasonable. He also emptied all the buckets we'd been using to catch the water, and mopped and cleaned up the furnace room before he left! We'll definitely use them again.
