Where do I even start with this review! From start to finish the customer service I have received from the owners & staff has been absolutely outstanding. The car went in on the understanding they would get on it as an when as they was busy and guess what - the car was done in under a week! I couldn’t believe it! Before I took my car in the service I received was EXCELLENT - during the car being there EXCELLENT - and upon collection EXCELLENT. We recently had a gearbox rebuilt on a 2018 BMW X1, Henderson Transmissions were the only place willing to take the job on, We are from Nottingham and none of our local "specialists" would tackle the job. BMW wanted over £5000 for a replacement gearbox which was out of the question. Hendersons were really brilliant in getting it reconditioned within a week for a very reasonable price. 10 out of 10 for service and really lovely on the phone too
Firstly I want to say the Staff at Hendersons have restored our faith in garage services, I was told I needed to visit a gearbox specialist and boy there the most professional in specialised gearbox work I've ever had the pleasure to use, from the very first day on inspection of my faults they gave me a very clear and professional diagnosis of my faults, with a confidence, booked me in and kept me updated on the progress and prices so no nasty shocks ! 2 job's done and they even repaired something else that wasn't on the lis... read more
Was great from start to finish, got my bmw Xdrive booked in very quickly and diagnosed the fault for me, rebuilt the parts needed at around half the price bmw wanted for the parts alone. Been around 6 weeks since I dropped the car off and not had a problem since. Thanks guys
