I purchased a house from Henderson Homes (UK) Ltd. Independent reports identified defects with the timber cladding and roof. After a long delay it looks like remedial works will be starting soon! Watch this space for updates as the works progress.

I complained about builders rubble in my garden and was told that my accusations knew no bounds. I was also threatened to be sued for slander. You can be the judge from the photos. Oh by the way, these photos are after my garden had to be dug up and replaced because they had not obtained discharge of planning conditions relating to contamination and the garden area contained sharps….and all the rubble you can clearly see!!
