Harry was fantastic. Called him late on a Friday afternoon and he managed to get us in on Saturday morning. Very polite and great service. We had a great conversation whilst he was here. The rug is now very clean, looks as good as new! It's white again and smells amazing. We had a puppy that had urinated over the rug and then we had rolled it up and stored it for a month or so before we had managed to find someone that would come and do it for us.
