Got the countertop installed yesterday and they drilled the holes for the faucet.....so proud of Bob Morris when he said....."Just call Neal instead of me spending all day working on this and then still having to call him." Hemphill installed a brand new unit just 2 years ago and we have had to call them multiple times to come and fix it. We finally gave up on them and called a family friend that charged us less to do labor and fix our unit when Hemphill was going to charge us more just to diagnose the problem!
