This a great company. I had a problem with my air conditioning and called Hemphill. As a single woman, who knows NOTHING about electrical, they could have told me anything. They were at my home very quickly. The service engineer was very professional and quickly determined I had a minor problem. He explained everything to me and immediately made the necessary repair. The charge for the service was reasonable and the problem has not recurred. I surely recommend them highly.
Kitchen sink was clogged and needed to be snaked. Hemphill came out within 30 minutes of calling and had it fixed up very fast! Highly recommend.
There is NO better customer service than Hemphill. So kind, so respectful, and so diligent! They have quickly and efficiently handled every problem we’ve ever had.
