My son who had just passed his test and just got his car was hit from behind by a member of your staff tin work van on the a14 slip road ! They offered to repair my sons car - which they did . Still no apology . On collection of my sons car and on leaving the garage my son noticed his engine light was on !! Staff at the garage reply was oh yeah !! I forgot to mention that !!
