I found the receptionist to be quite rude, abrupt, and condescending. When contacting your GP, the last thing you should have to worry about is being spoken to disrespectfully by the person answering the phone. There was a noticeable lack of politeness, empathy, and understanding. Most concerning is that, based on previous reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue that has yet to be addressed. This level of service is very poor and simply unacceptable.

From the best to the worst. The online form is a nightmare. You need about 3 appointments before you can get help. The service is so poor. Avoid at all costs. You see one doctor who says you are fine, the body will take care of it and they can do anything, then the issue gets worse and then they want you to come in again. Probably the worst medical centre in Cornwall

The new online system is both helpful and frustrating. It is not accessible outside of the surgery hours, and having to constantly resubmit online forms for an existing or ongoing issue is unhelpful. My 14 year old son also had a blood tests in August, did not hear anything from the surgery after a week; I contacted them a week later and was informed all test results were normal. Extremely slow. 1 hour late, no apologies. Possibly the worst surgery I've used.
