Always on time go well beyond expectations, always very professional and courteous, always do extra without being asked, persuade and encourage mum to cooperate, even shower mum next day when she declined shower day before. Would highly recommend helping hands Tamworth, tried other care companies but did not meet our expectations.
Me and my daughter have learning disabilities and having our helping hands career from the Tamworth and Lichfield branch has changed our lives and been so so amazing. The career we have is excellent, top marks given. She takes us out shopping, bowling days out and things like that. She is even taking us on holiday when we used to always be stuck in our house. I have worked for Helping Hands for coming up to a year, personally I have found the company on a whole, for staff and customers, a very professional and person centred company. I would be extremely happy for Helping Hands to care for a loved one.
Working at Helping Hands has been a positive experience for me. I have felt supported and encouraged by the management and other carers. They are a great bunch to work with and I have only praise for all of them. Caring for our customers is top of the list.
