I have worked for Helping Hands for over 20 years . I am very happy in my job and supporting my customers to be independent as possible in their own homes . Each day I treat as a new as things can change. My Branch are very supportive and encourage us to be our best . They are there to talk to for any problem we have . Care is so rewarding. Helping hands is my second family .
My 93 year old grandma left with no carer for over 16 hours, no morning carer, no drinks, helping hands didn't contact the family, they have been feeding her out of date food, sending in young girls who have no basic cooking skills to prepare a meal they just have no idea.
I am currently working for another branch at Helping Hands, but always had such an amazing support from the team at Redditch & Bromsgrove Branch (office staff and carers). Very professional and caring team!
They hired a thief as a carer, and forced a respectable carer to quit
A fantastic home care company. The standard of the carers are excellent, they are extremely caring and complete all work to an excellent standard and always with a smile on their faces. My Mother and Father in law consider them as part of the family!
