The carers themselves were lovely with my mum, kind and gentle, though she kept getting different ones which she found very confusing, would have been nicer if it was a set 4 or 5 who always came. Worst agency I have dealt with.the way they treat potential candidates is crazy, I wonder how it treats their current employees?! I would suggest avoid applying/working for this branch

Having helping hands makes a massive difference to my mums life and our family. Mum is much more happier, she looks forward to seeing the carers and say how lovely they are, they go out on trips and mum enjoys telling us all about them.

The carers and office staff undoubtedly have a vast amount of experience between them in dealing with people who have dementia, they have been a massive support to our family and our mum. We cannot thank them enough for their support keeping our mum at home and she is doing so well.
