Would like to highlight the on boarding process at Helping Hands Dartford...the process followed thus far in becoming a carer is very good. Would like to thank Ani, Sam and Vanessa in taking the time to guide me through the processes, without any of you I doubt I would have gotten this far.....thank you for making me feel welcomed....again thus far very well supportive of their staff...

The carers here are amazing! Thoughtful, kind and considerate! 100% would recommend!!!
Great place to work, friendly team, supportive staff, great pay and benefits
Unfortunately, poorly run and managed. Carers are late, management is poor, shame I had to go elsewhere because they left family vulnerable.My uncle and his family. Highly Dissaprove. This organisation has had a change of Manager and area Manager who are not supportive to their team. Do Not use.
