My previous boiler had failed. I phoned them at night. They came the following morning at 0730hrs, to assess the fault, which was the 21 year old boiler not economical to repair. I immediately had a good quote for a boiler, which I accepted. As it was a Worcester Bosch boiler and this company is an accredited fitter, it now comes with a 10 year guarantee.They came the following Thursday and fitted it. Louis, Matt, and their team were incredibly helpful when they came to address our leakage problem a few weeks ago. They were exceptionally productive and responsible throughout the entire process. Currently, Matt and his team are painting our walls, and we continue to be impressed by their efficiency and reliability. It has truly been a pleasure working with them. Louis arranged a boiler service and didn’t show up and no message or call. I should have known- when I texted my address I found messages to him from 4 years ago when he did the same thing

Helpful Heating lives up to its name, rest assured. Quick to respond, polite, eager to get busy, true to their word, flexible, thorough, best of all competent – Louis was the perfect man for what was in fact an imperfect job...
