We were having problems with the air flow in our new home. Greg S. was the technician who was sent to our home and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better!! He was super nice and very helpful. He explained the problem and how he was going to fix it. He was very respectful of our home, and considerate in not tracking in dirt. We were very pleased with the service and the problem being solved.
Called Sunday night for service. Issue was fixed Monday after 5 minutes of diagnostics. Excellent service. Technician arrived on time, was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Answered all my questions while servicing both of my AC units. Highly recommend!
