Yesterday I called helms that my new house heating system was not turning on , Robin was excellent she scheduled my service call for the same day between 2-4 pm , Greg arrived at my home at 3 pm (and called me to make sure I was home 30 minutes ahead of his arrival) he checked the system, fixed the problem in 15 minutes, checking both upstairs and downstairs to sure they were operating properly excellent technician. 5 stars is not enough to show how professional this company’s reps were , thank you both for such great servic... read more
