Helms is always helpful, easy to schedule and work with, and I like having the same technician come out so he knows the history of the systems. Jhovani is the BEST! My condensate line always freezes in the winter. Over the past four years I've had multiple HVAC companies look at the problem. Nobody knew how to fix it. Along comes Jhovani and he knows exactly how to fix it. He was already running behind when he arrived at my home after 6pm. Instead of rescheduling a 3 hr job he went right to work rerouting the condensate drain and installed the pump he had on his truck.
