Jhovani C. Serviceman was informative and discussed the reason to replace the capaciter? We had a HVAC unit installed in 2012 and have a 10 year warranty which is good since capacitors don't seem to last the min. 5 yrs as stated to me that they should. Helms has always been very polite and helpful when I've called. I purchased a 3 year maintenance pckg with them and gave not been sorry.
They provide honest and reliable service and all of their techs are very knowledgeable.
