I had a service request with Helms for fixing a HVAC issue in my home and Greg was the technician who came to fix it. He was a great professional who was patient enough to answer all my question, thorough enough to do all fixes to the core including taping all the gaps and even took time to fix an air leak in my other unit happily without grudging about the extra effort . 5 stars! Our ac unit went out last night in 90+ degree heat! I called at 6 am, was told I would get a call back when open at 8 am. I set an alarm so I could call at 8 am. Amy from Helms called me at 7:45 am! Advised will have someone out TODAY between 12-2 pm! Greg called to advise on his way about 1 pm. They always call so I have time to put the dog in a closed room. Wanted to take a moment to again thank the Helms team! Air ceased working and they managed to get us in prior to the holiday - always professional / honest / fair / and results orientated. We will always trust Helms for their service.
We always receive thorough, expert and trusted care from Greg S., Helms tech. We will not let any other tech touch our units without Greg being there.
I had a nice experience with Helms. During an inspection the technicians noticed the blower motor was faulty. Instead of ignoring the problem they set up a time to come replace it. At my convenience Greg came and installed the new motor and balanced my system. Greg was courteous and a pleasure to work with.
The owner is very professional, quick to act when there is an issue and handles the issue with grace. Will be using Helms in the future for any air or heating problems. Highly recommended Christian business!
