Arianne was great to work with. She was very responsive to our questions and helped us get things resolved in a fast manner.
Greg did a whole house check for us and informed us how to use our AC in a humid environment. we highly recommend their services.

Great service as always from Greg! Our system is 13 years old so I depend on Greg at our semiannual service to give me a guesstimate on time left on units. He figured maybe 3 years or less. So we talked about what to get, how to save money and get a tax break etc. bottom line I’m on the list for rebate season and Greg is going to work up some recommendations based on m home! Excellent!
Our furnace konked out over the weekend. We tried another company before ending up with Helms. Neither company could supply the part until Monday, but we soon learned that Helms was half the price and did not try to sell other things that we did not need as did the first company.
