Our home is two years old and has always been serviced by Helms. Greg Smith, our technician is professional, efficient and very honest. I never worry about being over charged or given a false diagnosis of the problem. Amy in the office has always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. I've never had to wait weeks to have my units service. Amy is very kind and caring. The company provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend Helms Heating & Air Conditioning.

The Helms install team lead by Michael did my new ac package unit efficiently and were very professional, it was a great experience and I would recommend them highly
They were very nice on the phone. The technician arrived on time and was the most knowledgeable one I have ever had for all of the eight houses I have owned in the area. They follow up when they say they will.
So when I first called Helms I didn't have the best experience; I told them my problem and they were like okay we'll have someone out today, pay a service charge, which is great but I felt like it was something that can be dealt with over the phone. I wrote my problem on here (Facebook) and not only did Helms respond quickly but Arianne messaged me and walked me through everything.
