I used Helmores 3 times now with success- they are always professional, easy to contact and provide updates along the process. Just don’t assume they will keep on top of everything - chasing solicitors and others within the chain - if you are not interested what is going on, it will not be their priority as well. They will of course do it if you ask them, so my advice is that if you want your sale/purchase to be quick, keep asking for an update - they will be more than happy to help you speed up the process.
