There is a wonderful serenity to the restaurant. The atmosphere is set from the time you enter the parking lot. Warm, unhurried but efficient service folks who engage with guests in a sincere way. Blake ( we did not meet Jen) was welcoming in a calm and thoughtful manner. Oh the food- yes each dish was delicious. Not too complex but interesting enough so that the flavors popped. The crusted trout was crispy, flaky and flavorful.

Fabulous food. A wonderful way to end a week long backpacking trip.
We drove 8 hours & planned our entire day around eating here!! It did not disappoint!! It is a MUST when in Utah!!! If you go & there are sliders on the menu, it is thanks to us Southern North Carolina gals!! We were eating the to die for lamb meatballs & pork tenderloin on their yummmmmy biscuits!! Everything was good separate but of course everything is better on a biscuit!! Especially theirs!!! Oh & don’t forget their special butter!!
