On our trip across country, we stopped at this peaceful retreat for the evening. We had the pleasure of eating at Hell's Backbone Grill and Farm! What a lovely evening, the atmosphere, the creative drinks, the friendly service and creative cuisine was unlike no other. Only sad thing, we live in Florida and Hell's Backbone is just not close enough to go for dinner any night. And breakfast, OMG!!!! Does Fabulous do it for you? When you are out and about and in the area, be sure and stop in. You won't be disappointed.
We drove past HB, having no idea it was there and proceeded on to the Escalante visitor center where we stumbled across and purchased This Immeasurable Place. Two days later we backtracked and had a delicious dinner at HB and thoroughly enjoyed the sublime food, gorgeous decor, and welcoming spirit. What a find - a place that offers delicious fare along with a deep love of the land and the people who make up the HB community. Grateful. ❤️
