My husband and I have been to Hell’s Backbone many times and I always enjoy the experience. This morning at breakfast the biscuits and pork sausage gravy were divine and my husband’s blue corn pancakes were tasty. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The setting is beautiful and tranquil. This is a sustainable restaurant that likely is the largest employer in this remote area.

Beautiful setting and delicious food. Very friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere. We will definately be stopping back in on our next trip.
