Visited Hell's Backbone Grill on Halloween. Lots of fun costumes. The restaurant was full everyone seemed to be having fun. I ordered the Steelhead Trout and it was excellent. Lots of good choices on the menu for dinner. Returned the next morning for breakfast and ordered the blue corn pancakes with cinnamon butter and maple syrup. YUM! Great food and exceptional service.

I LOVE this place! I've been there for dinner & breakfast. I've eaten at exclusive restaurants all over the U.S. but NONE that can compare! Fresh, delicious vegetables! Organic, delicioius meats, incredibly tasty pear butter on multi-grain breads, thick cut bacon. YUM!! All delicious! Certainly worth the trip!
