When calling Helitech I was extremely nervous. I knew I had an issue but had no idea what it was or how much it would cost. When the rep showed up his knowledge and concern for my issue was very reassuring to me. He walked me through step by step on what was going on and then what was needed to fix it. I had an awesome experience with Helitech. They were very professional but also treated my home like theirs. There is no more water in my basement and I can finally remodel down there. I would recommend to anyone who needs work in their wheelhouse.
I live in an older home. When I moved in (2019), we took over 3 inches of water in out basement, plus I discovered structural issues that hadn't been disclosed during my home purchase. I called Helitech, who scheduled a consultation with us. I was referred to Helitech by my next door neighbor who is an engineer. I chose Helitech because of their *************** great experience meeting with their estimator. As promised, the crew showed up and executed the plan perfectly. The guys were very polite, worked hard every day, & were extremely professional. Helitech waterproofed my basement 4 years ago and its been dry ever since. I was referred to them by the most reputable builder in the area and they did not disappoint. Outstanding customer service and top of the line products.
The crew that installed our job were very polite kept things clean when they were done for the day and kept us informed throughout the entire project. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and looked at everything and not just the issue we called about. Told us what needed to be fixed and ways to prevent any future issues
Great service all the way through the process. The estimator and the office made the walked time through each stage of the process and made it as easy as possible for me. Highly recommend.
