I live in an older home. When I moved in (2019), we took over 3 inches of water in out basement, plus I discovered structural issues that hadn't been disclosed during my home purchase. As promised, the crew showed up and executed the plan perfectly. The guys were very polite, worked hard every day, & were extremely professional. The crew that installed our job were very polite kept things clean when they were done for the day and kept us informed throughout the entire project. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and looked at everything and not just the issue we called about. Told us what needed to be fixed and ways to prevent any future issues
Great service all the way through the process. The estimator and the office made the walked time through each stage of the process and made it as easy as possible for me. Highly recommend.
Was extremely nervous to have the appointment scheduled, but upon meeting the specialists everything was laid out so I could understand and feel comfortable. It seemed very important to them. Signed up and has been a smooth process since. It is not a fun fix, but I am glad we went this direction. Couldnt recommend enough!!
I had ***************************** come out and level my Sidewalk and patio, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quick concrete fix if your concrete has settled. It was very affordable and way cheaper than replacement. I had a great experience starting with the Estimator ************************And the operations crew walked me through the entire process while they were completing the work. I would rehire and recommend them to any friend or family member.
Helitech has done work for me now ********** and just can't thank them enough for their service and handling my foundation problems. It's easy to get frustrated in todays world and go write up something without waiting on the full process to work. Helitech has always delivered for me and when I sold my last house the warranty transfer was awesome.
