Ive had **** ******* out to my parents home twice now for a wet basement. Turns out it was a bad window seal one time and a leaky water main the other. Neither were things that Helitech fixed but I really appreciate his honest observation and professional insight. Would highly recommend.

I had water coming into my basement in the corner where I walk out onto the patio. I had a company from out of town look at it. The ***** *** was nice but did not have much experience. He drove two hours to my house and I feel as if he wanted to sell me everything his company offered. He wanted to install a full perimeter drainage system for over $20,000.
