In making a sale to me, the Helitech salesman failed to mention several things I needed to do that I only learned later and after the project had already started: providing pics before the work started showing items had been moved from wall, hiring a professional locator to identify water, sewer and electrical lines, moving a water heater, moving a gas pipe, adding electrical outlets. Contacted Helitech in Sept about work to repair cracks to basement walls. Met with **** ****** on Sept. 10 he surveyed the work and prepared a proposal, this item was signed and a check for $1,020.00 deposit was given to him on Sept 19. **** stated **** would contact me regarding scheduling the work. **** did contact me and a list of dates that would NOT work was given to her. Helitech has helped heal every home Ive owned. Their estimators are knowledgeable and communicate well, and their installers are very professional and get their work done quickly and in a cleanly manner.
Helitech fixed my dads house, he had sticking doors and a corner of his foundation was cracked and falling off. They stabilized his home and fixed his foundation wall. The home care specialist that came out was knowledgeable and able to assess and more importantly explain what was going on and exactly how they intending on fixing it. And with a lifetime warranty to boot. I only wish they would let me give 6 stars.
