I have employed Helitech to deal with water problems in the basement at two different residences. They have done an outstanding job. Most recently, my contact was ***************************. He always arrived promptly and was easy to work with. The crew arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently. The work was excellent, and it's guaranteed. I strongly recommend Helitech for waterproofing and foundation repair.

The salesman from Helitech sells the dream and the work they do fails to deliver, and they fail to stand by it every step since cashing the $18k check. The truth is that their basement waterproofing did very little and everything seems to be something not covered by them and their employee who checks out issues is so inept he completely turned the power off the dehumidifier in the crawlspace before leaving. Had another reputable company come after the fact and tell us "you were ripped off". Doesn't feel great. Beware

Had 3 companies come and bid a concrete leveling job for our front porch as it is sinking away from our house. Helitech was the most expensive by far even after negotiating them down but still went with them based on their name and reputation. Well, I clearly didn't do as much research as I should have. They came out and tried to poly jack the concrete as they gave me no concerns when bidding that they would have any trouble lifting it. A one star is actually too high. Got an estimate and gave them down payment in Sept. Told jobs were a month or two out, no problem. Mid Oct, no contact so called inquiring. Was told my job was approved and my liaison would contact me to schedule. First weekend of November I received a thank you card again with notice I would be contacted for scheduling. We had Helitech repair and stabilize a 50ft concrete foundation wall in our basement. We couldnt have asked for a better, more professional company to do the job. Helitech was awesome from start to finish and communication was outstanding through the whole process. We feel very comfortable recommending or even using Helitech again if need be. Highly recommend Helitech and their services!

When calling Helitech I was extremely nervous. I knew I had an issue but had no idea what it was or how much it would cost. When the rep showed up his knowledge and concern for my issue was very reassuring to me. He walked me through step by step on what was going on and then what was needed to fix it.
