Block basement wall bowing. Called Helitech. Within 24 hours ***** came to diagnose problem. As per the recommendations they were here within a week. ******* ****** V explained in detail the bracing technique and with the help of ****** N, ******* B and ****** O, they began by covering any flooring which could be damaged with getting the necessary equipment into the basement. contracted this company back in 2019 to address foundation issues, the work they did was subpar. I approached them to see if they would address the issue under warranty. I had two contractors do an assessment and they both commented on the lackluster quality and installation of a crack repair with epoxy and carbon fiber patch. Helitech was unwilling too properly correct this resulting in me hiring a different company to do the repair. The team they also sent to assess the problem started out nice, but became aggressive and r... read more
