The engineer was great. He was on time, polite. Gave us our quote walked us through the next steps. The team arrived a few weeks later to do the work. They were sloppy, concrete was left all over the floor, the sewer drain in the basement was not covered so we ended up having to have that snaked out after if backed up into the basement. For the weeks the job took, the team left their empty soda cans and water bottles laying around never picked them up.
