Helitech came out and looked at our foundation on our home. The gentleman from Helitech was really nice and very detailed. He explained it all in a way my wife and I could understand. We didnt want to use all our savings so we were able to finance some of the project with Helitech. When the crew came out to install, they were all very nice and professional. The sales team seemed knowledgeable and friendly. They took my money and then it has been a nightmare since then. I have been rescheduled more times than I can count and each reschedule is more of a stress as we have water coming in the house every time it rains. **************** promised no more reschedules and it would be taken care of before our vacation so we could relax. Guess what? We are rescheduled again...for another week. No relaxing vacation for us. Thanks, Helitech.

Helitech took care of my cracked foundation. ****** was wonderful and took great care in his work. They are a very busy company so have patience between calls and when the work will get done. It took from April 10th to June 7th when the work was completed. But, ****** from the ********** , ** location was worth the wait!

***** ********** and ******* ******* did a great job correcting the drainage problem in front of our house. They were timely, courteous and answered my questions. I was afraid my grass would be torn up, but when they dug the trench they removed the grass in sod form then replaced the grass (sod) when they were finished. The pop up drain they placed is working great.

Helitech has 90% of our money but will not schedule ** for completion of the last 10% of the work. We cannot move into our house until they finish the last small portion, but they have little motivation to finish because they already force-demanded payment of the first 90%. We are being held hostage by Helitech right now and don't know what to do. Helitechs warranty is no good. I needed warranty work done under the five year warranty that helitech told me I had. When they came out to look at their work that didnt hold up they said I only had a three year warranty. I paid Helitech 550.00 dollars for the work and the driveway is still sunken.

On 24 June this year I had Helitech come to my home to raise my driveway. The contact was done for roughly 36 hundred dollars. The technicians had problems raising the panels and told me it would cost more to finish the job, a lot more. The driveway looks no different now than before they worked on it. Helitech made a profit on the job, we spent 36 hundred and have nothing to show for it. Buyer beware.
