Service could not have been better. I dealt with Cory on the service deck and he was extremely helpful. I had 2 other ford dealerships look at my 2014 power stroke and neither of them could find where my loss of power was coming from. With in 1 hr of dropping it off with the service team at Helfman Ford, they had the problem pinned down. Thanks guys!!!
These guys are as smart as a box of rocks and they are rude as the day is long. I will never go back to this horse shit excuse of a dealership. GM was nowhere to be found (probably out sniffing cocaine again) and the service manager looks like he would have rather been off sucking some cocks. BYE FELICIA

From Bryan in sales to Tyler in the business department, this was a stress-free, easy purchase experience. I really feel like the people at Helfman Ford actually care, which is rare for car dealerships!
Service at the collision center is poor communication is horrible save your money and stress take it to a shop that actually cares about the customer. Your better off buying a Chevy!
My wife and I bought a used vehicle from Helfman, in the beginning the experience was great. The finance department really worked with us to get financed. I came to pick our vehicle and noticed that part of the molding was cracked along the windshield that was there when we first looked at it. They said they would order the part for us. Over a month and still no part. My wife calls today to find out about our plates and she was told that she has to bring the vehicle in to be inspected, Really!!!! I love helfman ford and Marcus warren. My mustang was hit in the store parking lot and Marcus got all the scratches out. You can't even tell. Marcus is the best person in I have ever worked with on buying a car. I have bought 3 cars at helfman and am very happy with the service and the friendly staff. I refer all my friend to helfman and when I am ready for a new car that will be the only dealership I will ever work with. A big thank you to Marcus Warren for all he's help.
