I have taken my truck 3 times to Helfman Ford, once after a hit and run. I spoke with Sal, and he took the truck in immediately, put me in a loaner vehicle, no questions asked, and got my truck fixed in less than a week. I didn’t even purchase the truck from Helfman, I bought it at Autonation. From now on, I will purchase from Helfman, as the service has been second to none every time I go in.
My son takes his brand new Shelby GT 350 for AC issue at 9:00am as the service writer instructed us to bring since they weren’t busy during this holiday week.. 3:00pm in the afternoon they still haven’t even looked at it! I call Doug the service MGR and he recommends me to take it back to where I bought the car from!! San Antonio!! You guys really need a new service MGR who can talk to clients properly!!
