I bought an Explorer today and had a great experience! My sales rep was Marcus Warren and he was excellent. We arrived at 5 and were out by 7. Everyone at the store was friendly and I love my car!

Took my truck in the morning for an oil change. Guy that met me was not very friendly and when asked about cost of oil change did not seem definite. Also when I asked about a rebate or complimentary wash he said the machine was down. That was just the start of things. When I my truck was completed I was greeted with an oily foot print on my floor mat, a stain on my driver seat, and a greasy elbow print on my driver door armrest. Sales person did not disclose that the vehicle I purchased only came with one key. It was only after the loan paper work was signed that I found out. It will cost me close to $500 to get a second key made. Beware!! Not Truthful.

Great experience - quick and easy - I was out of there in 30 minutes. Oil change/all fluids checked, tire rotations and they washed and vacuumed the car. very comfy waiting room too!!!

I have a 2016 ford had my first oil change with them left my truck with oil hand prints on the hood, over priced 149.00. Second oil change at legacy ford found out helfman ford strip my oil plug put silicone to hold it still sitting here at legacy they had to replace oil pan, ive been here since 3:45 its now 6:49 and i still have to pay for my oil change that's not right nevertheless i will let friends and family know what happen. Cost four hours of my time 89.00 dollars out of my pocket for there mess
