Very hard to deal with this dealership. Called multiple times and left voicemails with no return call. Even promised a ruturn call once I got ahold of someone. I told him "im not counting on getting a call back from you." He said he would for sure call Monday. Well monday rolled around and nothing. I called Tuesday got transferred multiple times, so and so is on lunch this and that, blah blah blah. This is my first bran new vehicle I have ever bought. They did a great job getting my 2 problems fixed with a repair that was originally done in the summer of 2016. I was in and out in <40 minutes!!
Robert Blakey in the service department was wonderful. Kept us updated on a hard to diagnose problem with our Ford Fusion and then promptly got it repaired. We will continue to give our business to Helfman Ford for our repairs and purchases of personal and work trucks.

Helfman Ford is a very nice place to bring your car for service or to buy a new car. I have been going there for 22 years and cannot say one bad thing about them. They are friendly and very concern about what you want.
Anyone looking to buy a new vehicle here the service was absolutely amazing! We worked with Kenny and he made sure to help us find our perfect dream vehicle! Will definitely be recommending this location :)
