If you own an S550, you know about the Evap Core. Well Sal Vela, and Cory (service advisor) got me in and out the same day. The service was awesome! I didn't waste anytime while I was there. I got in, dropped off my car, got my rental, and was on my way. Pick up process was fast. I definitely recommend this dealership. I live in Spring btw. I could have went to Joe Myers, Planet, Tomball, all the north side dealers. Driving down to Helfman was worth it!
Everyone i met was polite and made sure i understood everything that was happening and all documentation that was required.
I can't say enough good things about their employees and their service. So very pleased with the body work, detailing of my truck and their friendly service. We have bought several vehicles from there and have had several worked on in their body shop. You are family to them!!!!!! Way to Go Helfman Ford, Way to Go!!!!! Frank in the Body Shop was on top of everything, Trey at Enterprise was more than accommodating and I just love my Salesman Burbank Dorsey.
