I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
