The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew.
