I had a breathing problem that the NHS still couldn't diagnose after 1.5 years, and extreme anxiety. By the 3rd session Helen had made a massive difference to my general health and anxiety, and found the root cause of the breathing issues and a plan to solve it - please book an appointment with Helen she will make a massive difference to your life and it's really amazing what kinesiology can help with! Helen is lovely and explained everything she did, in detail as she was doing it. I don't know too much about kinesiology yet but am looking forward to learning more and going on this journey with Helen. The room is nice and I felt very comfortable and relaxed.
