Helen is a really lovely therapist. The aromatherapy massage is heavenly. I always feel well balanced after I've had a treatment with Helen. I loved her course 'Introduction to Reflexology' at Esher college, she was such an inspiring teacher, after 1 session I decided I wanted to be a reflexologist and so, my wonderful, life changing, journey as a holistic therapist began - thank you Helen I will be eternally grateful!!
Helen offers a range of services and I have taken advantage of her expertise in massage and reflexology. She is highly competent and knowledgeable and continues to want to learn new techniques to offer her clients. She is also engaged in teaching and I intend to go to a meditation workshop asap.
