Went for a oil change was told in a hour. Truck was done in 50 minutes. But had to wait another 45 minutes of watching it sit in the parking lot. When asked was told they needed paper work. I said it's here sitting on the desk. Then guy told me I had to wait. My service guy was on lunch so nobody else could walk the paper work over 5 feet to the desk. I could of went to West Herr and been home faster and they wash your car. Will not make mistake again.
I bought a car yesterday... had a great experience with my salesman Mike Porth and the finance lady... they were right on key 🔑 with all paperwork.
They figured out my engine problem and was able to work on it the same day they started looking at it. Unfortunately, that was Thursday when I had my existing appointment, and it was flatbedded in on Monday, leaving me without transportation for two days. They did arrange a loaner vehicle for the day of the repair.
I am very happy and satisfied with my experience. I drove 1-1/2 hours to get here, but it was well worth the drive! I am beyond happy and will send others out to see Cathy after buying my first Chevy!
I just purchased my 6th vehicle from these guys , always treated great here ...no gimmicks just outstanding service and deals.
Had a great experience in purchasing a new car. I was particularly impressed when Charlie personally checked in on me several times throughout the process to ensure I had everything I needed. This continued after the deal was done as he personally went to check on the car being prepped at pick up and when it wasn't right out for me he went back and drove it out to me. I was also impressed with his comments on how important his employees were to him and how keeping them happy was a priority to him to maintain the quality deal... read more
