Bought a used truck last week from Heinrich. My first time buying a vehicle from a car dealer. I had the best experience with Don. He was polite and easy going. He took the time to answer any questions I had and above all an outstanding sales person. Couldn't say enough nice things about Don and Heinrich. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went to Heinrich yesterday because I received a letter from Capital One saying I was pre-approved for up to $35,000. The sales man I worked with was very friendly and nice but my overall experience was very upsetting. I was left alone waiting for two hours, an hour at the sales man desk and an hour in the waiting room. I also checked my credit score while there and there were 8 hard inquiries on it.
