I can’t praise the team at Hegarty enough and in particular Monika Puk who looks after my development. They have been a very welcome replacement for the last lot that begin with “ First…” . The difference in communication and their common sense approach is refreshing and appreciated. Hegarty have recently taken over the management of our apartments and have been a breath of fresh air to say the least. Our property manager Monika is an absolute super star… Her level of customer service and communication is unrivalled. We had an awful experience with a different firm managing our apartments & estate, but since Hegarty’s instruction they have been fantastic. I can’t offer higher praise!
Finally after 6 years and 2 different management companies we have someone that knows what there doing. I spent hours with First port trying to get a hedge cut down in front of my property as it was a bad blind stop, to the point a car had to swerve as didn’t see on coming traffic and smashed in to my car. After only one phone call to the lovely Monica Puk the hedges have been cut down so all cars can see each other. I hope if there are any issues we will be listed to like i have been
