Very helpful from the minute you walk in. They have frames that nobody else offers and anytime I need an adjustment, they take care of it immediately.
The Heffington's are amazing to work with! We have a 12 year old, very active, son who is hard on his glasses. We take in his glasses frequently for adjustments, and Heather adjusts them immediately. Their customer service is incredible and worth the extra money paid for the glasses.
My husband and I had a great experience with you guys. Totally a bonus being able to give snuggles to Duke as well!
Heffington's House of Vision is great! They are so friendly and really helpful. They really take the time to explain what they are doing and care about you! I would recommend anyone to them!
Where do I start !!! Mark and Heather are absolutely awesome !! Great professional service. Awesome selection of frame's. Very clean store. The best coffee ever. Duke(their dog) is a great add to this fine establishment. We have been to other optical businesses and Heffingtons House of Vision is top notch. We have found our forever home at Heffington's.

Jason needed daily wear glasses and then a pair of safety OSHA approved glasses as well and the optometrist was wonderful to answer questions, take his time and then Mark and Heather both very good customer service and Mark spent time with us helping Jason pick the best frames for him and his needs. All the while they were being very mindful of our budget we told them OK. Thank you, I will be back for my turn soon.
