Love the new location! Mark & Heather pay attention to details and in my case they saved a customer... I had a pair of new glasses made. Tried for a week to wear them and went back to my old ones - then decided I should take them back and let them know something is wrong with the new glasses - well - I'm so glad I did! My bifocal had been placed too low - some odd fluke - they fixed it free of charge and I LOVE my new glasses! Thank you so much...
My expectations were low. I was used to high prices and slow service. But once meeting Heather at House of Vision I won't put up with that anymore. I think Heather liked seeing my mouth drop open in surprise when she told me the price and when she said I could come back for my glasses that same day. I am hooked on Heffington's (and Duke).
This is the best optical service I have ever received. They had the information that I've never gotten from other opticians; they had the best products and I have the very best vision in my beautiful glasses and most comfortable contacts. The service is insightful and caring...They were even able to work with me on price to get the expensive frames I wanted. They lived up to all the good referrals that I've heard about for years.
My husband decided to make me an appointment here so I could get new glasses/ contacts... I am so glad that he chose here... everyone was so friendly and very welcoming!!! Also getting to see the gorgeous dog under the front desk was a pretty awesome thing too!!! Thank you for taking such good care of me!
Outstanding! Friendly, helpful, and super fast! I have used dozens of eyeglass suppliers in the past, and all of them pale in comparison. I will never go anywhere else!
