As with any Dr Appointment comes a little anxiety, once I was greeted by the friendly staff at Heffington’s House of Vision I felt at ease. They made the whole experience quick and easy! They did a great job helping me pick out new glasses. I’m so excited to get my new glasses and enjoy having a new outlook on life!

The staff at Heffinton’s is amazing. They have helped my family with our vision needs on more that one occasion! As the mom of two teenagers, I am very impressed with the available appointment times and the flexible schedule. One of my sons is a baseball player (who wears contacts) and he was diagnosed with an eye infection during his baseball season. Do yourself a favor and get over to Heffington's!!! I took my 6 year old in and was SO impressed from start to finish. Usually I expect to have a hard time finding appointment times to fit my schedule, long wait times once there, and unskilled staff- NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH HERE! Super easy to book, almost no wait time, and gentle, helpful, and happy people through the entire process. 5 stars is NOT enough!
From the initial contact with Andrea to schedule an eye exam, the exam by Dr. Schneid and then sitting down with Mark Heffington to go over the glasses needed and how my insurance would cover them, it was the ultimate experience in top notch quality eyecare! I am the director of Client Relations in the health insurance industry and their level of customer service from all staff is 5 star. I would recommend them to clients and friends.
