RecommendedYes, I would definitely recommend Heffington’s to others. This was my first eye exam here, and Dr Bryce Heffington spent a lot of time working with me and making sure I received a thorough examination.
Terrible customer service. When I went to pick up my new glasses the lady just added them to me and walked away without offering to adjust or clean them. While selecting glasses no help was offered in finding glasses covered under my insurance. Even after filling the prescription in felt the strength was incorrect. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
The care you will receive is second to none. Your eye health is their first priority and they use state of the art equipment to find the best solution to meet your visual needs. Their customer service is exemplary and the Doctors are very personable and compassionate. As a bonus the offices and frame rooms are beautiful and very comfortable.
Excellent staff and customer service. Very friendly and efficient. I was trying contacts and they took the time to help make sure I had the best experience. Full service facility. Great selection of frames as well. Highly recommend!

We have been impressed with Heffington’s. The entire staff has been kind, respectful, courteous and helpful. The Drs are patient, engaged and have a good bedside manor. They were particularly helpful with my child and her vision issues. We’ve continued to return to them because they treat us so well. They also don’t push expensive frames. They let us know which selections were covered by our insurance. Their office is bright, inviting and well maintained. All the staff is professional. We also love seeing the dog.
